VAWA

VAWA petition allows battered immigrants to petition for legal status in the United States without relying on their abusive U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident spouse, parents or children to sponsor their Adjustment of Status (Form I-485) applications.

We are especially proud of our success in getting our clients’ VAWA petitions approved. We work with each client to identify and collect the documents that will support a successful petition. We conduct witness interviews and assist witnesses to reduce their first-hand knowledge of our clients’ situation to writing.

WHAT ARE OUR FEES?

At The Prince Firm, we offer fixed fees, contingency fees, and a wide range of flexible, customized fee arrangements in addition to hourly billing. Unlike some law firms, we have a track record of working with our clients to craft fair and transparent compensation for our services while allowing them to file their immigration forms as quickly as possible.
