The New Frontier: Send Us Your Educated and Rich

Point-based system to bring family members to the United States as permanent residences! In exchange for saving DACA, the Trump administration wants to, among other things, restrict family-based green cards to spouse and minor children and limit green cards to those with certain education. Congress and the President have to reach a compromise on this issue and it may include a deal that ends your ability to ever bring your extended family to the US. The writing is on the wall. File your Petition for Alien Resident applications before the ink dries.
